Some people say “Joo-hoss” and I can’t blame them.

It’s actually pronounced, “You-hoss” but don’t sweat it.

I’m a Writer and Creative Director lucky enough to have spent the last 15 years learning stuff around people smarter than myself.

Before that, I was a creative writing student at Loyola Marymount University, a radio DJ at KXLU, an English Teacher on the island of Phuket, a guitar teacher, and a lifelong student of Funkadelic.

When I’m not making decks, I’m usually making guitars, guitar pedals or improvised psychedelic music with friends around Los Angeles.
